This tutorial is to update a Google Sheet when orders are moved into a specific status in the Shipper TMS. In this example, we’ll add a new line to a spreadsheet every time an order is moved into the Accepted status.
Before creating a zap, you’ll want to make sure you have google spreadsheet created. Make sure you create column headers for all the fields you want to pull from the Shipper TMS so that they appear in step 11.
Create a new zap. Make sure to name your zap in the upper left hand corner.
In the first action, select the Super Dispatch App

Set the event. In this example we’ll use the Accepted Status as the trigger. Then click continue.

Select or Connect your Super Dispatch account. Then click continue.

Click Test Trigger.

The test should find a shipper order. Click continue.

In the second section, select Google Sheets.

Set the event to Create a Spreadsheet Row. Then click continue.

Select or connect your Google Account. Click continue.

Select the drive, spreadsheet, and Worksheet you’d like the data to be pushed to.

Next you’ll continue to map the fields you want to show in the spreadsheet - the options available are limited to the columns you have in your spreadsheet and the fields available in the Shipper TMS. Here’s the data I pulled for this example. Once you’ve selected the fields, click continue.

Click Test Action.

When the test runs successfully, click Publish Zap.

Click Publish & Turn On.

In the Shipper TMS, manually mark an order as accepted to test. After a few minutes you should see it appear as a new line in the Google Spreadsheet you used in the zap.
