Sending Invoices to Quickbooks Online. Be sure

Log Into Zapier (Client needs to accept invite from Super Dispatch to the SD Zapier App)

• Click Create Zap
• Search for Super Dispatch App

• Set the Trigger Event to Delivered Order and click Continue

• Choose account by selecting Super Dispatch from the drop down and click Continue

• Click Test Trigger and confirm it is successful then click Continue

• Click the Plus Sign to add another action

• Choose Quickbooks Online for the app and set the Action Event to Find Customer. Then click Continue.

• In the Choose Account Section, select your Quickbooks Online account from the drop down.

• In the Setup Action section, you'll be mapping the Super Dispatch Fields to the QuickBooks bill you want to generate. Make sure to check the box to Create QuickBooks Online Customer if it doesn't exist yet.

  • Search Field = Name (from Quickbooks)
  • Search Value = Customer Business Name (From Super Dispatch)
  • Full Name = Customer Business Name (From Super Dispatch)

  

• In the Test Action section, test to confirm the setup is successful.
