Click Create Zap
Search for Super Dispatch App (Select the latest version)
Set the Trigger Event to Delivered Order and click Continue
Choose account by selecting an existing account or adding a new one. Then click Continue.
Click Test Trigger and confirm this step is successful. Then click Continue.
- Action will come up next on the screen. Search for, or select QuickBooks Online.
Set the Action Event to Find Vendor.
In the Choose Account Section, select (or add) your Quickbooks Online account from the drop down. Then click Continue.
In the Setup Action section, you'll be mapping the Super Dispatch Fields to the QuickBooks bill you want to generate. Make sure to check the box to Create QuickBooks Online Customer if it doesn't exist yet.
Click Continue and then click Test & Continue.
In the Test Action section, test to confirm the setup is successful. If you get an error message, check to be sure you didn’t miss a required field or accidentally enter text in one of the required boxes.
Click on the Plus Sign to add another action to this Zap.
Select the QuickBooks Online App
In the Event field, choose Create Bill (Account Based) and then click Continue.
Choose your QuickBooks account. It should be the same account as the one used in the last step. Then click Continue.
In the Set up Action section, map the following fields:

Vendor = QuickBooks 2. ID

Terms = Net 30 (or the specific timeframe for your company)

Bill Number = Super Dispatch Order ID

Description = Super Dispatch Vin, Make, Model, Year (you can customize what you’d like here from the options available in the drop down menu.)

Amount = Carrier Price

Account = Select the appropriate account for your needs
Scroll down and click Continue. Then click Test & Continue.
If you get an error, go back and make sure no required fields are missing. If it’s successful, click Publish Zap.
Test your zap by marking an order as delivered in the Shipper TMS and you’re done!
