This tutorial will teach you to build a zap to create an order in the Shipper TMS when a line is added to a spreadsheet. This tutorial uses Google Sheets but should also work with Office 365 (online) and SmartSheets.
Before creating a zap, you’ll want to make sure you have the spreadsheet created. Make sure you create column headers for all the fields you want to pull from the Shipper TMS so that they appear later in this tutorial.
Create a new zap. Make sure to name your zap in the upper left-hand corner.
In the first action, select Google Sheets (Or Excel/SmartSheets if you are using them)

Set the event. In this example, we’ll use the New Spreadsheet Row as the trigger. Then click continue.

Select or Connect your spreadsheet account. Then click continue.

Set the correct spreadsheet you created for use with this Zap.

Set the worksheet from the spreadsheet. If you didn’t specifically name it, it’s likely Sheet1. Click continue.

Click Test Trigger. Then click Continue with Selected Record. Zapier is just checking to make sure it can communicate with the spreadsheet.
In the second section for the Action, search for the Super Dispatch App.

Set the event to Create Order. Then click continue.

Select or connect your Super Dispatch Account. Click continue.

In the Action, you will match the fields from your spreadsheet to the fields in an order in Shipper TMS. These are the column headers from your spreadsheet and may not match exactly depending on how you named them. You may not have all fields so match only the ones you need/use. See the below screenshots for examples:

Once you’ve selected the fields, click continue.
Click Test Step.
